| Ingredients: |
1 lb Mince steak (ground beef) Salt & pepper 1 Yellow pepper 1 Onion 8 mushrooms 2 bananas 6 tomatoes A pinch of Tarragon Oak smoked Cheddar Cheese |

| Cooking Instructions: |

Put mince and bananas in a pot, on a meduim to high heat. Put chopped onions on top as this steams them. The same with the chopped peppers, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Stir the heated veg into the cooking beef until the beef is brown. turn the heat down to simmer, add slices of oak smoked cheese. |
| Serving Suggestions: |
| Serve in hot tortilla wraps with grated cheese and smooth cream cheese over the wraps. side salad of lettuce, tomato and capers. |

| The banana adds a subtle flavour. It's not overpowering, it compliments the beef. |
